Yoga Course for Beginners - Practice of Self Study

New 5 week beginners yoga course starts on the 25th of September

Every Tuesday: 7pm-8pm

This evening yoga practice focuses on removing tension from the body and mind. On this class you are invited to experience how slow and steady movement with awareness can help to release stiffness and tightness from our body, how focusing yoga techniques can help to regain calmness and clarity of the mind and how meditative relaxation can help with becoming more present and centered.

Price for full 5 weeks: 50eur
