Yoga Course for Beginners - Strength meets Calmness

New 5 weeks beginners yoga course starts on Tuesday the 5th of November

Every Tuesday: 7pm-8pm

On this course we will learn simple yoga techniques to strengthen and release tension from the body and connect with relaxed state of awareness we are striving for in our lives.

Please note that this course is suitable for beginners.
