Building Strength and Resilience - Online Yoga Course

Online 4 weeks Course

Every Saturday: 8.30am-9.30am except 31st October

On this course we will mostly focus on exploring dynamic movement to re-energize the body and remove any stagnant energy & lethargy both from the body and mind. Classes will start with centering progressing through flowing sequence of poses and finishing with meditative relaxation.

We will learn yoga techniques to strengthen body and build resilience on the mental and emotional level. We will try to build up outer strength and connect with the source of inner power that rests deep underneath all external layers.

Please note that this course is suitable for all levels of students but will be physically challenging and having previous experience with yoga is an advantage.

Cost for online course: 40eur

Drop-in: 10eur

This class is delivered LIVE online via Zoom and teacher will be with you in real-time, guiding you through the poses. You can ask questions, and interact with one another before and after class.

Each live class is recorded and available for course participants to catch-up and or re-watch for up to 3 days after each session.
