Join us for evening of Restorative Yoga practice

Restorative Yoga is practice of slowing down, resting in supported yoga poses and opening the body without any physical effort. This practice balances fast lifestyle and has an enormous capacity to heal physical and mental symptoms that are stress related. Restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, gentle back-bends, side bends and stretches. Each pose will be accompanied by affirmation and/or mudra (hand gesture) to guide our attention in the direction of open awareness and cultivate positive state of mind.
